We Look Forward to Working With You
We understand arranging care can be daunting but were here to help, here are some common questions we are asked.
Still Have Questions? Our Staff Would be Happy to Assist You.
What types of care do you provide?
We offer personal care, dementia support, and care for individuals with physical or learning disabilities. Our services cover children, adults, and older people — with care plans tailored to each person’s needs.
Are your care workers trained and qualified?
Yes. All our staff undergo DBS checks, complete mandatory training, and receive ongoing development to ensure safe, professional care.
Can I choose the times and days for care visits?
Absolutely. We work with you to create a care schedule that suits your lifestyle, whether it’s a few hours a week or 24-hour support.
Do you provide care for children with disabilities?
Yes. We have experience supporting children aged 4–18 with a range of physical and learning disabilities, offering safe, nurturing, and family-sensitive care.
How is the care plan created?
We begin with a free assessment to understand the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. From there, we design a care plan that’s flexible and regularly reviewed.
What if my needs change over time?
Care plans are regularly updated. If your needs change, just let us know — we’ll adjust your plan and schedule accordingly.
Is your service registered with the CQC?
Yes. Care Station (NW) Ltd is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring we meet high standards for safety and quality.
Can I meet the caregiver before care begins?
Yes. We aim to introduce care workers before the first visit to build comfort and familiarity.
